Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Principal Engineer, Device & Packaging Technical Launch Integrator (TLI) to drive transfer, industrialization, validation, and launch of packaging and device solutions at commercial scale.

You will lead cross-functional teams within the Local Launch team of MSAT Biotherapeutics Platform, ensuring robust manufacturing readiness and close collaboration with R&D, regulatory, and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in device, packaging, manufacturing, engineering, or tech transfer.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams in global settings.

Responsibilities

• Act as device and packaging technical lead for new product introductions and technology transfer projects.
• Lead global and local cross-functional project teams across MSAT Device & Packaging.
• Drive transfer, validation, and launch of device and packaging solutions at commercial scale.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure compliant, manufacturable solutions.
