Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Device Lifecycle Engineer to support the Device & Packaging MSAT organization in Schaffhausen, Switzerland or Beerse, Belgium. You will manage lifecycle engineering, design changes, CAPA, and regulatory compliance for combination products across the global supply chain.

Responsibilities include leading process improvements, tech transfers, and QA collaboration with site operations and quality leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in medical device design, development, manufacturing or support.
• BS in Engineering or Science required; preference for Mechanical/Biomedical/Materials fields.
• Experience with design controls, change control, CAPA and GMP/cGMP regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scale-up device manufacturing processes and capacity for internal and external manufacturing.
• Develop and qualify supplier capacity and assembly processes.
• Lead process engineering and product engineering support across the manufacturing network.
