Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in advanced manufacturing, strong leadership, and experience coordinating with international partners. Remote work options may be considered; travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; minimum 10 years preferred.
• Master’s degree or certifications are a plus.
• Experience partnering across international teams and time zones is required.

Responsibilities

• Define platform-based advanced manufacturing strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead technology deployment and lifecycle management across Biotherapeutics platforms.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, and External Manufacturing to align platform goals.
• Oversee resource prioritization, project portfolio, and long-term capability planning.
• Ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson Credo and leadership imperatives.
