Job summary

The role involves planning and documenting pre-development work, coordinating with external partners, and advancing innovations for strategic segments like Adhesives, Dental, and Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable field.
• Experience in product development of plastic components is preferred.
• CAD skills and design-for-manufacturing knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design control in concept and product development processes.
• Drive Design-for-Manufacturing in CAD (3D models and drawings).
• Plan and document exploratory pre-development work streams.
