Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable.
• 5+ years of product development experience in plastics.
• Experience in CAD and design verification.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Aufgaben

• Strengthen technical core competencies and develop new technologies for fluid handling systems.
• Lead design control in concept and product development.
• Lead the Design-for-Manufacturing process and implementation in CAD (3D-modelling and drawing).
• Plan, perform, and document technical part of exploratory pre-development projects.
• Plan, perform, and document workstreams to strengthen technical core competencies.
• Execute and support product development projects with technical expertise and investigations.
• Prepare technical documentation (specification, implementation, verification, validation) in accordance with the product development process.
• Define, request and assess design verification reports (including metrology reports and mechanical testing).
• Coordinate with external development partners and suppliers.
• Discover new technologies for product- and process-related innovations for the strategic business segments Adhesives, Dental, and Healthcare.
• Observe market and new product developments in the strategic business segments Dental, Industry, and Surgery.
• Support internal stakeholders with technical and product related expertise.
