Job summary

ON.com LLC in Zürich, Switzerland seeks a hands-on mechanical/industrial engineer to bridge engineering and live operations for LightSpray production. Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent technical apprenticeship with significant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for new machines at Tier 1 sites.
• Define, apply and refine SOPs to enable high-volume manufacturing of new models.
• Manage technical lifecycle of the LightSpray fleet, including updates and retrofits.
• Establish standardized work and control plans (SPC/PFMEA) to ensure stable, repeatable output.
• Organize spare parts and maintenance SOPs to safeguard machine longevity and readiness.
