Fluency in German and English is essential; the engagement is part‑time and on‑site, focusing on risk‑based advice, data processing agreements, DPIAs, and cross‑border transfers.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of data protection experience in‑house, consulting or private practice.
• Strong knowledge of revDSG and the GDPR.
• Ability to own the data protection topic independently.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with DPIA methodology and privacy tooling (e.g., OneTrust).
• Availablity for part‑time on-site engagement.

Aufgaben

• Act as the principal data protection contact across the business, providing pragmatic, risk‑based advice.
• Maintain and develop the data protection framework, including records of processing activities and internal policies.
• Draft, review and negotiate data processing agreements and data transfer arrangements.
• Conduct data protection impact assessments, handle data subject requests, and support breach notification processes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, HR, marketing and procurement, deliver training and coordinate with external counsel.
