Sidler SA is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to advance data science and performance marketing analytics in a fast-growing apparel and lifestyle brand. The role emphasizes hands-on data work, data quality, and translating insights into business actions.

You will collaborate across data analytics, data science, and marketing to drive reliable measurement and data-driven decisions in a dynamic, international environment in Central Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Performance Marketing Analytics, Data Science, BI, or related role.
• Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel capabilities; experience with BI/visualization tools.
• Fluent in English; experience in apparel, lifestyle, retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain daily performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Investigate, reconcile, and validate data across multiple sources.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance, ROAS, CAC, and other KPIs to assess effectiveness.
• Connect and analyze data from different platforms to build a unified view of performance.
• Apply statistical methods and models to identify trends and support forecasting.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
