Zusammenfassung

Cembra is seeking a Senior Platform Lead to drive the implementation, transition, and ongoing operation of customer service, CRM, and contact centre solutions into stable production and ongoing service ownership.

You will act as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, advising stakeholders on design, adoption, governance, and optimization across Azure services and related platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience owning CRM or contact centre platforms in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, AI/ML use cases, and Azure services.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of governance, release management, and vendor management.

• Drive the implementation, transition, and operationalization of customer service, CRM, and contact centre solutions from project delivery into stable production operations and ongoing service ownership.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, advising business stakeholders on solution design, process improvements, and adoption opportunities.
• Manage platform enhancements, release planning, configuration changes, and the adoption of new Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, AI, and automation capabilities.
• Coordinate vendors, business stakeholders, support teams, and architects to ensure successful delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of platform services.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable and supportable solutions, balancing business value, technical feasibility, security, and operational sustainability.
• Monitor service performance, usage trends, operational issues, and business outcomes, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation.
• Contribute to roadmap planning, operational governance, cost management, architecture reviews, and future platform expansion initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio and their interactions with required Azure services.
• Experience implementing, operating, or owning CRM, customer service, contact centre, or business application platforms in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with enterprise data and analytics platforms, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, data integration, reporting, and AI/ML use cases.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor between business and technology teams, translating requirements into practical and sustainable solutions.
• Understanding of platform governance, release management, application lifecycle management, vendor management, and service operations.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, data flows, and comparable enterprise business application platforms is an advantage.
