UBP - Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva seeks a seasoned cybersecurity risk leader to fortify the first line of defense. You will oversee Governance & Risk Management, Vulnerability Management, and Regulatory Compliance, partnering with Technology, Risk, Compliance, and the business to translate regulations into actionable controls.

You will mentor a small team, drive risk visibility to senior management, and champion a risk-aware culture across IT and business functions, with fluency in English

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in cybersecurity with first line risk experience in a regulated bank.
• Proven track record designing and operating cyber risk and control frameworks.
• Experience in regulatory engagement, audit response, and evidence management.
• Cross-border regulatory alignment (FINMA, EU/DORA, UK PRA/FCA, HKMA, MAS).
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001/27002/27005, OWASP, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve the cybersecurity risk management framework, policies, standards, and controls catalogue.
• Lead enterprise vulnerability management strategy and remediation governance.
• Interpret and operationalize FINMA, EU, UK, HK, and Singapore requirements across the organization.
• Prepare evidence and responses for audits, regulatory exams, and board reporting.
• Manage and mentor a small team; build capabilities and career growth for junior staff.
• Communicate complex cyber risk topics clearly to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
