Job summary

Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva seeks a Project Manager to lead a Group-level GRC tool deployment as a 2nd line of defense. You will coordinate with PMO, risk management, local risk representatives, and IT to ensure data readiness, adoption, and governance across locations.

The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, and delivering post-implementation reports while aligning with regulatory requirements in private banking. Strong French and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing GRC tools or similar control and reporting features.
• Background in risk management, internal control, audit, IT, or compliance is a strong asset.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines and multiple workstreams.
• Clear, adaptable communication across diverse environments and cultures.
• Knowledge of private banking regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as central contact for data mapping, loading, and quality reviews with IT and data owners.
• Support prerequisites including specifications, access management, and deployment.
• Coordinate deployment activities and end-user support across locations.
• Design and deliver training sessions; maintain training materials and paths.
• Collect feedback, propose response plans, and report deployment evolution.
• Prepare project documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor end-user support quality and governance with the provider and IT.
• Define adoption KPIs and deploy controls for compliant tool usage.
• Execute post-implementation actions and remediation progress.
• Build a GRC Tool Community of Practice across regions and lines of business.
• Prepare recurring project and post-implementation reports for governance.
