Trafigura is seeking a hands-on business architect to lead the front-to-back functional architecture for Metals, Minerals & Bulk CTRM. You will transform cross‑department initiatives into architectural roadmaps and ensure IT solutions align with business objectives in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

You will lead strategic architectural decisions, manage cross‑functional complexity, and support delivery teams while evolving Trafigura’s architectural landscape and data models.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in business analysis and/or architecture roles.
• 3+ years in people management in fast-paced settings.
• Strong knowledge of commodity trading and end-to-end lifecycle.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and API-led integration.
• Proven success delivering large-scale apps in global teams.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable technical plans.
