The role reports to the CTO and will define the initiative to create a new Enterprise Architecture function, spanning governance, data architecture, cloud adoption, and modernization programs.

• 7+ years in enterprise architecture or technical leadership.
• Proven governance models and lean processes.
• Hands-on with modern cloud-native architectures and data platforms.

• Define target state architectures and BDAT-based blueprints.
• Establish lightweight architecture advisory framework.
• Guide technology and integration architecture with debt management.
• Decide build vs buy and rationalize platforms.
• Own and govern application and technology inventory.
• Collaborate with product engineering, trading desks, CTO team, CyberOps, and Cloud & Infra.
• Lead and grow the Enterprise Architecture function.
• Oversee technology demand management.
