YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. Remote role with emphasis on CRM governance, data quality, and cross-system integration.

You will audit CRM environments, define business rules, and document operational decisions while ensuring smooth integration with billing, CPQ, and ticketing tools. Strong English communication is essential for collaboration with global teams.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot/D365).
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, or rollouts.

Aufgaben

• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
