Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field with strong financial analysis skills.
• 10–15 years’ corporate credit risk management experience in a global commodity business, preferably metals and mining.
• Working knowledge of security instruments and agreements (guarantees, LCs, ISDAs, netting).
• Strong grasp of quantitative credit metrics (PFE, ECL, LGD) and risk reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and collaborative skills.

• Actively manage an assigned portfolio of metal counterparts.
• Define and manage credit risk appetite with front office and underwriting teams.
• Provide expert advice on credit risk considerations and security instruments.
• Monitor and manage exposure at individual and portfolio levels; breach monitoring.
• Review terms in trading and contracts for completeness and consistency.
• Present risk reports to senior management and stakeholders; advise on recovery options.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to risk methodology development.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes affecting credit risk.
