Glencore is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Manager in Baar, Switzerland, to oversee credit risk for metals and coal across EMEA. You will manage a portfolio of counterparties, define risk appetite with front office, and provide expert risk guidance to internal stakeholders, including compliance and trade finance.

The role requires deep knowledge of credit risk metrics, instruments, and policy development, along with mentoring junior analysts and driving risk-related projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 10–15 years’ experience in corporate credit risk within global commodities.
• Knowledge of security instruments (guarantees, LCs, ISDAs, netting).
• Strong quantitative credit metrics knowledge (PFE, ECL, LGD).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
