Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; professional qualification is an asset.
• 8–10 years of accounting experience, preferably in commodities or energy trading.
• IFRS and statutory accounting knowledge with ability to apply policies.
• Experience supervising or coordinating colleagues or cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience with process improvement projects (standardization, automation, controls).
• Strong English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and close EMEA accounting, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Prepare statutory reporting and consolidation data per IFRS and local rules.
• Apply consistent accounting treatments and escalate complex items.
• Maintain internal controls and support audits.
• Guide Central Accounting Ops in Geneva and Dubai, prioritizing closing periods.
• Drive process improvements through standardization and automation.
