Job summary

Accelleron Industries AG, based in Baden, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to lead global integrity, governance, and regulatory matters. You will draft and negotiate major agreements, advise global management, and manage internal controls and investigations.

You will also serve as secretary to a Board committee and help shape our anti-corruption, sanctions, and data/AI governance programs, partnering with groups across regions.

Qualifications

• LL.M. degree from reputable law school and bar admission.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in international corporate compliance environments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate strategic collaboration and M&A agreements.
• Provide legal advice to global management and regional teams.
• Design contract standards and provide negotiation support for commercial agreements.
• Act as Secretary to a Board committee and support governance.
• Support regulatory developments including sanctions/export controls and data/AI governance.
• Manage external counsel and project costs.
