Swibeco SA, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, seeks an experienced Corporate IT Engineer to own and evolve our internal IT environment. You will manage endpoints, networks and cloud services while driving security, automation and a great employee experience.

This hands-on, high-ownership role blends day-to-day IT operations with longer-term improvements and opportunities to expand into broader infrastructure collaboration as the company grows.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in Corporate IT, Systems Engineering, IT Operations or similar.
• Experience managing Windows and macOS environments, including device and identity management.
• Good knowledge of corporate networking, cloud collaboration platforms and modern IT security practices.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Sentinel, Purview or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with scripting, automation and Infrastructure/Configuration as Code.
• Comfortable taking ownership of a broad IT scope and working autonomously.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills with a practical, service-oriented mindset.
• Able to communicate effectively with employees, management and external partners.
• Organized and comfortable documenting systems, processes and decisions.
• Curious and motivated to continuously improve how IT works.

• Own and continuously improve our Corporate IT environment, ensuring it is secure, reliable and scalable while providing a great experience for employees.
• Manage Windows and macOS environments, including device management, access, patching and compliance.
• Implement and maintain security standards across endpoints, identities, networks and data.
• Ensure the reliability, availability and security of critical IT services.
• Maintain clear IT architecture, documentation, procedures and policies.
