Job summary

On's Creative Studio in Zürich seeks a Senior Copy Lead to craft copy and to concept industry-leading creative across our global campaigns. You’ll partner with Creative Directors and Art Directors to deliver bold ideas and stories that resonate across channels.

You will lead a team, defend the brand voice, and drive strategic storytelling grounded in sports culture and cultural trends, delivering projects on ambitious timelines with craft and courage.

Qualifications

• Experience crafting long-form and short-form copy for high-profile campaigns.
• Strong understanding of channel-specific best practices across digital, social, TV, and OOH.
• Proven leadership of creative teams and ability to influence stakeholders across departments.

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute innovative campaigns across channels with strong storytelling.
• Present creative ideas confidently based on strategy and sports insights.
• Deliver concepts, films, OOH, and 360 campaigns with high craft on tight timelines.
• Uphold and evolve the On voice, remaining fearless and authentic across campaigns.
• Lead high-priority campaigns and mentor the creative team to deliver bold ideas.
