Within ITTS, our growing Transfer Pricing competency is currently looking for a Senior Consultant.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of transfer pricing projects, ensuring technical excellence and a client-focused approach.
• Deliver on complex transfer pricing questions (e.g., M&A, tax audits, MAPs, IP migration, business restructuring, etc.).
• Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service.
• Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contributing to winning new clients.
• Identify opportunities to involve other technical disciplines to expand scope and value of services.
• Help develop team members by supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff effectively.
• Contribute to people initiatives, including retention and training.
• Manage team operations through staff development and assignment management.

Skills and attributes for success

• At least 3 years of international tax experience, including 2 years in transfer pricing, preferably with an advisory firm.
• Strong knowledge of transfer pricing, valuations, accounting, and finance.
• Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Master's degree required.
• Additional qualifications such as CFA, STEX, CPA, LLM, or PhD are a plus.
• Full professional proficiency in English; German or French are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel.
• Good knowledge of MS SharePoint and transfer pricing databases (Amadeus, Loan Connector, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, etc.).
