Job Description:

The opportunity Our Tax Services Reward team is focused on helping our clients to manage the complex challenges in executive/board rewards, pensions/benefits, corporate transactions and equally broader based reward topics such as regulatory compliance, broad based equity programs, grading, performance management and the like. As a Senior Consultant, you will be offered a diverse and fulfilling career; you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients on large and small-scale projects across multiple sectors and industries. Your key responsibilities
  1. Collaborate closely with our clients to support and contribute to various projects. Potential topics include:
    1. Benchmarking projects at both the executive level and across the broader workforce
    2. Designing compensation plans, incentive structures for different stakeholders, and reward policies
    3. Developing and implementing job grading and job architecture frameworks
    4. Conducting remuneration surveys and analyzing remuneration data
    5. Assist in project planning, data analysis, report writing, and the development of presentation materials
    6. Work with key project leaders to manage and maintain client relationships
    7. Collaborate effectively with other workforce advisory colleagues, as well as service lines and colleagues across EY globally
Skills and attributes for success
  1. A university degree in Economics or Finance, with a solid understanding of HR topics
  2. 3-5 years of experience in corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HR Consulting ideally, in HR topics and people consulting, such as conducting remuneration surveys, supporting the day-to-day management of a company’s remuneration offering, and knowledge about market trends in the field of rewards and key drivers, with an HR generalist background
  3. Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills, along with the ability to create effective data presentations
  4. Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions with a pragmatic and adaptable approach
  5. A team player mentality with the ability to integrate with new teams quickly
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, with experience in producing high-quality reports, papers, and presentations
