Our Tax Services Reward team is focused on helping our clients manage the complex challenges in executive/board rewards, pensions/benefits, corporate transactions, and broader based reward topics such as regulatory compliance, broad-based equity programs, grading, performance management, and the like.

Skills and attributes for success
  • A university degree in Economics or Finance, with a solid understanding of HR topics
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HR Consulting ideally in HR topics and people consulting, such as conducting remuneration surveys, supporting the day-to-day management of a company’s remuneration offering, and knowledge about market trends in the field of rewards and key drivers, with an HR generalist background
  • Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills, along with the ability to create effective data presentations
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions with a pragmatic and adaptable approach
  • A team player mentality with the ability to integrate with new teams quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, with experience in producing high-quality reports, papers, and presentations
