The opportunity

As a market leader in tax services, we advise on a wide range of tax issues, optimizing the business and legal structures of our global clients. Our People Advisory Services department is seeking a motivated, flexible individual for the payroll area as a senior consultant (part-time; returnees welcome).

Become part of our unique Tax Payroll team and support exciting projects daily!

Your key responsibilities

  • Support national and international clients in payroll and personnel administration
  • Manage payroll accounting, including communication with clients, tax authorities, and social security partners
  • Assist near-shore and off-shore teams with monthly payroll tasks
  • Support client acquisition and networking at the location
  • Engage in internal and external projects, gaining insights into various industries and corporate divisions

Skills and attributes for success

  • Recognized diploma/certificate in payroll, social security specialist, or social security expert
  • Excellent English skills; German/French is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach
  • Experience in payroll processing
  • Knowledge of MS Office, ABACUS, and/or SAP is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and confident demeanor
  • Team player committed to long-term collaboration
