The opportunity

As a market leader in tax services, we advise on a wide range of tax issues, helping to optimize the business and legal structures of our global clients. We are seeking a motivated, flexible individual for our People Advisory Services department, specifically in payroll, as a senior consultant (part-time; returnees welcome).

Embark on your next professional journey with our unique Tax Payroll team and support exciting projects daily!

Your key responsibilities

  • Support national and international clients in payroll and personnel administration
  • Manage payroll accounting, including communication with clients, tax authorities, and social security partners
  • Assist near-shore and off-shore teams with monthly payroll tasks
  • Contribute to client acquisition and networking at the location
  • Engage in internal and external projects, gaining insights into various industries and corporate divisions

Skills and attributes for success

  • Recognized diploma/certificate in payroll, social security specialist, or social security expert
  • Excellent English skills; German/French is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with a methodical and rigorous approach
  • Significant experience in wage processing
  • Knowledge of MS Office, ABACUS, and/or SAP is advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with confidence and professionalism
  • Team-oriented, committed to long-term collaboration
