Our Tax Services Reward team assists clients in managing complex challenges in executive/board rewards, pensions/benefits, corporate transactions, and broader reward topics such as regulatory compliance, equity programs, grading, and performance management.

As a Senior Consultant, you'll experience a diverse career, working with various clients on projects across multiple sectors and industries. Collaborate with experienced teams worldwide in a fast-paced environment that accelerates your career growth.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support and contribute to client projects, including benchmarking, designing compensation plans, developing job frameworks, conducting remuneration surveys, and analyzing data.
  • Assist in project planning, data analysis, report writing, and presentation development.
  • Manage client relationships alongside project leaders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across EY globally in workforce advisory and other service lines.

Your key requirements

  • A university degree in Economics or Finance, with a solid understanding of HR topics.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Consulting, including remuneration surveys and market trends, with an HR generalist background.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to create effective presentations.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical, sustainable solutions.
  • Team player with quick integration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, with experience in reports and presentations.
