We are seeking top-tier professionals to join our Manufacturing practice as Senior Consultants. In this role, you will shape the future of operational performance by supporting clients in implementing operational excellence programs and achieving transformative results.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in a leading management consulting firm or in manufacturing areas such as Operational Excellence, P&G IWS, Production Management, or Digital Operations
• Proven expertise in operational improvement methodologies and tools, including Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively
• Leadership skills with a track record of coaching and mentoring teams
• Willingness to travel extensively (+80%) for global client projects
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and German is a plus
