How you can make an impact:

  • As a Workday Senior Consultant / Manager, your focus will be on advising and implementing cloud technology solutions for a diverse range of clients and industries
  • Help our clients with transforming their HR function by means of digitalising their HR environment, using cloud technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or ServiceNow HR to realise this change. These technologies are the future of HR and can improve both the experience of the employee, as well as HR efficiency for the employer
  • You contribute by applying expert knowledge and experience on a cloud solution, and by executing deliverables independently and with quality
  • Align HR functional and/ or HR technological drivers with business drivers to tailor an action plan through proven methodologies and ways which can best solve client challenges
  • Perform quality assurance and give advice about HR IT strategies and roadmaps, their design, and to create and improve these strategies
  • Get the opportunity to specialise and obtain certifications in the leading tools on the HR technology market

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience in shaping digital HR strategy and with HR cloud technologies implementation (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow HRSD)
  • A certification in one or more of the HR cloud technologies (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or ServiceNow HRSD)
  • Relevant working experience in Workday or HR processes, preferably for a consultancy firm
  • A relevant university degree (HR, Business, or IT) with excellent academic results
  • An excellent relationship builder with clients and fellow consultants, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships
  • Experience in working in M&A projects or environments would be an advantage (that is, Mergers and Acquisitions, including divestments)
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English and German (mandatory). French is a plus
