About the role:

1. Advising our customers (banks, insurance companies) on the conception of CRM solutions.
2. Participation in varied projects for the introduction of CRM solutions.
3. Supporting the acquisition of new customers and projects for our company.
4. Management of sub-projects at locations throughout Switzerland and, if interested, also abroad.
5. Collaboration with customers and ecosystem partners.

About you:

1. Very good Master’s degree from a renowned university or university of applied sciences.
2. Practical experience in the financial industry and with CRM implementations is mandatory.
3. Very good language skills (min. B2 level) in German and English.
4. Structured and goal-oriented way of working.
