The opportunity

In the Supply Chain & Operations area we are seeking a top professional to join our team. You will support organizations in implementing end-to-end Supply Chain transformation programs, from strategy to execution. Working closely with Chief Supply Chain Officers (CSCOs) and Chief Operating Officers (COOs) at global companies. You'll design and execute transformative strategies in Logistics and Digital Fulfillment to reshape supply networks in response to evolving consumer demands and industry trends.

Your key responsibilities

• Drive Strategy & Execution: Support the design and implementation of innovative logistics and fulfillment strategies, tailored to clients’ business goals, driving both revenue growth and cost reduction. You will provide expertise in areas such as transportation planning and optimization, 3PL/4PL tendering, lean transportation, warehouse management systems (WMS), physical logistics, and quality and regulatory compliance.
• Digitally Enabled Solutions: Take a central role in developing and executing digitally enabled logistics models, including Global Business Services (GBS), end-to-end order management, supply chain control towers, customer service operations, and reverse logistics. This will involve working with digital tools and platforms to enhance visibility and optimize the supply chain network.
• Collaborate on Advanced Analytics: Work with cross-functional teams, including IT/Technology, to integrate advanced analytics capabilities into logistics strategies. This includes platforms such as SAP EWM, TMS, E2Open, OTM, Blue Yonder, and real-time data monitoring tools to enhance supply chain efficiency and decision-making.
• Knowledge Development & Relationship Building: Contribute to the development of internal knowledge and thought leadership within our practice, particularly in areas like network modeling, 3PL sourcing, contracting, and managing logistics transformations. Strengthen both internal and external relationships to support business growth and successful project execution.
• Operational Excellence: Advise clients in areas such as network design, inbound and outbound logistics lead time reduction, cost reduction strategies, and continuous improvement of supply chain processes. Your leadership will be critical in optimizing logistics operations and delivering significant cost-saving initiatives.

Skills and attributes for success

• You have meaningful experience (1-4 years) in consulting, supply chain or global forwarding in one or many of the following areas:
  • Transportation planning and optimization
  • Order management and supply chain execution
  • Supply chain control towers and end-to-end visibility
  • Network modeling and logistics network design
  • Physical logistics and lean warehouse operations
  • Warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation
  • 3PL sourcing, contracting, and management
  • Track and trace systems, logistics visualization, and real-time data monitoring
  • Inbound and outbound logistics lead time and cost reduction strategies
  • Global Business Services (GBS) and operating model transformation
  • Customer service management and reverse logistics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset, driven by data and business outcomes.
• Collaborative and inclusive qualities, with excellent team leadership abilities and a passion for driving success in cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience in one or more tools such as SAP EWM, TMS, E2Open, OTM, Blue Yonder, or other supply chain technology platforms.
• Flexibility including willingness to travel regionally and globally if needed.
