Senior Consultant - Cyber Security

Our Cyber Security experts assist clients in performing risk assessments by identifying digital threats and evaluating their potential impact on the company. Join our Cyber Security team to help clients effectively guard against cyber threats.

Your contribution to KPMG

• Support and coordinate the establishment of information security management systems, governance, and policy frameworks.
• Conduct security audits and assessments of third parties, systems, and solutions based on international security standards.
• Analyze complex enterprise environments from a cyber security perspective.
• Assist in triaging and reviewing SIEM logs, user alerts, and DLP solutions.
• Develop security architecture requirements in collaboration with application, enterprise, and IT architects.
• Support incident identification and response activities, such as data leakages, malware infections, and intrusions.

What makes you successful

• Degree in information technology or (business) computer science.
• Experience in information security, including architecture, policy development, and incident handling, with supporting technologies like Splunk.
• Understanding of international security standards such as ISO/IEC27001/2 and the NIST framework.
• Experience with IAM/PAM solutions, incident response, or network administration is advantageous.
• Experience in regulated sectors like pharma and finance, and technologies such as SAP, cloud, and OT is beneficial.
• Fluent in German and English.
