Zusammenfassung

Futon seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager to plan, implement, and supervise the QA/QC program. The role collaborates with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract requirements and standards.

The QC Manager will report to the home office management and maintain independent authority over the QA/QC program. Onsite work in Bern with potential travel to diverse locations may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Top Secret security clearance required.
• Experience implementing construction quality control programs for similar projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines and quality requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and improve QA/QC programs and processes.
• Create and implement a Quality System Plan (QSP) and task order QA/QC Plans.
• Review and update quality plans and deliverables as required.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on testing, inspection, and resources.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet contract plans and standards.
• Conduct inspections, meetings, testing, and QA/QC documentation.
• Maintain QA/QC records and progress reports.
• Record and communicate inspection results to leadership.
• Perform routine and scheduled inspections of contract performance.
• Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Audit processes to verify regulatory and contract compliance.
• Assist with development of Quality Control, Safety, and Environmental Plans.
• Coordinate with Program Manager on acceptance testing for procured items.
