The role leads a team of eight QA Specialists, partnering with Manufacturing, QC, Supply Chain, MSAT, and Quality to ensure compliant, timely batch execution and inspection readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance within pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, batch disposition, deviation management, change control, CAPA, and inspection readiness.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of QA professionals to drive Product & Batch Flow and inspection readiness across the Bern site.
• Manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and validation activities with governance and prioritization.
• Monitor QA performance via KPIs, risk identification, workload balancing, and data-driven decisions.
• Ensure robust quality systems, documentation, and readiness for inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
