On is seeking a Senior Color Designer for Performance to redefine the brand identity through a disruptive, top-tier color strategy. You will shape color blocking that changes product architecture and how the brand reads on track, road, and court.

You will craft elite color stories resonating with high-performance athletes, align with brand values, and drive the future of our fast-paced performance categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Color Sciences, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 5+ years in the footwear industry, with proven track record in high-performance footwear.
• Portfolio showing out-of-the-box color-blocking expertise and understanding of interaction with movement.
• Ability to work completely independently, self-manage stress, and make decisions under tight deadlines.
• Deep technical knowledge of color processes across technical, performance-driven materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualization programs.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Disruptive Color Blocking & Creation: lead innovative strategies to alter product perception and brand read.
• Elite Performance Contextualization: tailor color work for elite performance contexts.
• Independent Project Management: manage workloads autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Out-of-the-Box Narrative Building: develop creative narratives with advanced renders and visual communication.
• Cross-Functional Synergy (Apparel HT2): collaborate with Apparel Color Design for HT2 integration.
• Cross-Functional Influence (Inline Footwear): provide insights to influence footwear teams.
• Digital & Physical Execution: execute color CADs, PLM data management, and build a color inspiration library.
• Strategic Stakeholder Presentation: present color proposals with high-fidelity visuals to leadership and partners.
