You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Apparel Color Design and Inline Footwear, manage color CADs and PLM data, and present bold concepts with high-fidelity renders to internal leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a design-related field.
• 5+ years in footwear/high-performance product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing color-blocking and movement understanding.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with color processes across technical materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead disruptive color blocking strategies for performance products.
• Contextualize color work for elite performance markets.
• Autonomously manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop creative color narratives with advanced renders.
• Collaborate with Apparel Color Design for HT2 integration.
• Influence Inline Performance Footwear with color concepts and insights.
• Execute color CADs, manage PLM data, and build a design library.
