Laceless Design seeks a Senior Specialist to act as the operational engine for football footwear development, steering product lifecycle from concept to commercialization with precision.

You will coordinate with Design, Sourcing, Testing, and Biomechanics teams, ensuring cross-functional integration and rigorous documentation. A degree in Industrial or Product Engineering plus 4–5+ years in a related role is required, with a proactive, curious mindset and strong communication.
