Job summary

Galaxi Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Cluster Release Manager to coordinate end-to-end software releases across a major transformation programme within a highly matrixed environment. The role will own release planning, dependency and risk management, deployment coordination and governance across multiple projects.

You will lead release activities, ensure traceability across SDLC, and report progress to programme leadership while collaborating with Release Coordinators, project teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT project or programme delivery.
• Release Manager or comparable Release Management role within transformation programmes.
• Strong banking-domain experience with private banking products and processes.
• Experience managing releases across multiple concurrent projects and delivery streams.
• Experience with integrated releases across SIT and UAT cycles in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Release Management discipline for up to five projects in parallel.
• Develop and maintain integrated release plans aligned with milestones, dependencies, risk profiles and environment availability.
• Coordinate end-to-end release activities across projects, teams and suppliers.
• Lead regular release coordination meetings to monitor readiness, resolve blockers, manage dependencies and track risks.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability across requirements, design, development, testing, defects and deployment (JIRA/Confluence).
• Monitor release health and quality through KPIs such as deployment success rate and defect leakage.
• Provide reporting on release status, milestones, risks, dependencies and issues to programme leadership.
