avacone Switzerland is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure and delivery systems. You will help engineering teams deploy safely, recover quickly from incidents, and reduce manual operational work.

This role is hands-on, focusing on technical design, implementation, and production operations, collaborating with software engineering and security teams to strengthen infrastructure and enable self-service tooling across teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of DevOps or SRE experience required.
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, OpenTofu).
• CI/CD design and rollout experience.
• Docker and Kubernetes in production.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using IaC.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines for safe testing and deployment.
• Operate containerized workloads and optimize performance and cost.
• Implement monitoring and alerting with metrics and traces.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
• Implement IAM, secrets, vulnerability and software delivery controls.
• Automate recurring tasks and build self-service tooling.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives from design to rollout and mentor teammates.
