The candidate will manage trial documentation, oversee site communications, maintain study supplies, and ensure data integrity in CTMS/eTMF. Strong English, 5+ years in clinical research, and MS Office proficiency are required.

• Megatrial exposure: Phase III / filing support.

The Role

• Trial Administration: Manage study documentation, maintain clear site communication, and oversee study supplies.
• Digital Oversight: Ensure the integrity of trial data by updating CTMS and eTMF systems regularly.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Coordinate essential study components, including contracts, insurance certificates, and vendor activities.
• Strategic Support: Assist with SOP reviews and facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration and team meetings. Mentor junior colleagues.

Your Qualifications

• Background: At least 5 years of experience in clinical research is preferred.
• Megatrial exposure: Phase III/ supporting of filing activities, supporting DB locks from an operational perspective
• Communication: Strong organizational talent with professional fluency in English.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
• Soft Skills: A detail-oriented team player with a strong results-driven mindset.
