Aufgaben

• Assists the clinical operations team in the operational management and oversight of clinical trials, during set-up, conduct and until archiving, for an assigned trial
• Coordinate site contracts finalization, preparation, and distribution of study documentation/materials
• Ensure accurate maintenance and archiving of the electronic Master File (eTMF)
• Support tracking of activities
• Support the finance operations by reviewing and tracking invoices, PO creation, etc
• Perform other duties as assigned

Our client is headquartered in Switzerland – a biotech-hub of Europe – is a high-potential biopharmaceutical company specialized in the discovery, development, and commercialization of innovative small molecules, with the aim of transforming the horizon of therapeutic options.

For this client, we are looking for an 6-month fixed-term Intern in Clinical Operations, based in the Basel area.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assists the clinical operations team in the operational management and oversight of clinical trials, during set-up, conduct and until archiving, for an assigned trial
• Coordinate site contracts finalization, preparation, and distribution of study documentation/materials
• Ensure accurate maintenance and archiving of the electronic Master File (eTMF)
• Support tracking of activities
• Support the finance operations by reviewing and tracking invoices, PO creation, etc
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
• Bachelor or Master Studies in natural science, e. g. biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine or similar
• Interest in diving into Clinical Research
