CSL is seeking a senior clinical development professional to contribute to hematology programs. The role combines hands-on scientific input with cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant and timely study execution.

You will author and review clinical development documents, help shape monitoring strategies, and support external oversight committees. The position is hybrid with on-site requirements in Waltham, MA, with standard CSL compensation.

Qualifikationen

• PhD/MSc/BSc in science; PMP preferred.
• 4+ years (PhD), 6+ years (MS), or 8+ years (BS) in R&D in biotech/pharma.
• 3+ years of clinical development research experience.
• Deep knowledge of drug development and manufacturing (CMC, non-clinical, clinical, regulatory).

Aufgaben

• Contributes to scientific development of clinical programs in Hematology.
• Provides input for safe, efficient, and timely execution of programs with high quality and compliance.
• Author or contribute to program/study documents and training materials aligned with strategy.
• Contributes to medical monitoring oversight strategy for patient safety and data integrity.
• May lead development of Clinical Development Program.
• Contributes to manuscripts and conference abstracts; supports regulatory submissions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategy into deliverables.
• Supports external study oversight committees and data reviews.
