• Ensure execution of studies per contract, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Set objectives for teams and monitor performance.
• Collaborate across functions to meet milestones and resolve study issues.
• Monitor progress and present updates to stakeholders.
• Proactively manage risks and contingencies.
• Serve as primary/backup project contact for customers.
