Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field required.
• 5 years of prior relevant experience including >1 year project management experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of related areas.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP, local laws).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; strong presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Participate in bid defense presentations with Business Development; may lead for smaller regional studies.
• Delivery and management of smaller regional studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans with core project team.
• Execute clinical studies per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost; ensure use of study tools and training materials.
• Set objectives for the core project team; assess performance and communicate results.
• Collaborate with other functional groups to support milestones and resolve issues.
• Monitor progress and present project information to stakeholders.
• Manage risk and lead problem solving and preventive actions.
• Maintain primary or backup customer contacts and coordinate with IQVIA teams.
