Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of clinical trials within a sponsor team, leveraging IQVIA’s global infrastructure. You will manage timelines, budgets and cross-functional teams to keep studies on track and compliant while expanding your therapeutic and operational expertise.

The role offers exposure to regional and global studies within a leading contract research organization and opportunities for career progression in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience including >2 years in project management.
• Prior regional or global clinical project management experience.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in bid defense presentations with Business Development and may lead for smaller regional studies.
• Deliver and manage smaller, regional studies as needed.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Execute clinical studies per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost.
• Set objectives for the core project team and assess performance.
• Collaborate with other functional groups to achieve milestones and resolve issues.
• Monitor progress against contract and report to stakeholders.
• Manage risk and contingencies; lead problem solving and corrective actions.
