Responsibilities

• Understand client goals and challenges and work collaboratively to turn them into digital solutions
• Help clients advance their digital transformation strategy
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities to meet revenue goals
• Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities, driving the initial stages of the sales cycle
• Develop and maintain expertise about industry and digital trends
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
• Maintain a well-established network in Switzerland, particularly with Product leaders and C-level executives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record in account management or sales
• Deep understanding of digital products and digital technology
• Good understanding of key account management principles and strategies
• 8+ years experience working in an agency that creates complex custom digital products for enterprise customers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (fluent in German and English)
