Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in healthcare or finance.
• CISSP and/or CISM certifications preferred.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company-wide information security strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across all systems.
• Lead compliance efforts for ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Manage risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and incident response protocols.
• Supervise procurement and management of hardware/software for a distributed workforce.
• Foster a culture of security awareness through training and policy development.
