The role requires building policies, managing cloud security, compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and leading risk assessments while mentoring staff and driving security awareness.

Qualifikationen

• 8 years of experience in information security leadership.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; CISSP/CISM preferred.
• Significant experience in information security within healthcare or finance.
• Expertise in cloud security architecture (AWS) and modern infrastructure tools.

• Define and implement the company-wide information security strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across all systems.
