Qualifikationen

• PhD or MSc in Organic Chemistry or Process Chemistry with a focus on pharmaceutical development.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical process development, CDMO or GMP environment preferred.
• Strong DoE, QbD and PAT expertise with data analysis.
• Experience supporting technology transfer and GMP compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead development, optimization, and troubleshooting of chemical manufacturing processes.
• Support scale‑up and technology transfer from lab to pilot and production.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase robustness, efficiency and quality.
• Apply QbD/DoE/PAT and data analysis to accelerate process understanding.
• Act as technical lead for customer projects and client discussions.
• Collaborate with multiple functions including Production, QA, Regulatory, Engineering and HSE.
• Prepare development reports, risk assessments, and tech transfer packages.
• Identify innovative technologies to strengthen process development.
• Mentor junior scientists and share knowledge across the organization.
• Contribute to strategic development of Process Development through innovation.
