Zusammenfassung

Catalent is seeking a Business Development Director to identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities for development, clinical to commercial manufacturing services for Gene and Cell Therapy products across Europe. You will align capabilities with client outsourcing needs and drive new business in the EU, with emphasis on DACH.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will build strategic relationships, lead sales cycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling proposals.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS/PhD in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5–10 years of sales experience in CGT within the EU.
• German language proficiency required.

Aufgaben

• Achieve annual sales, revenue, and funnel targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
• Understand client applications and generate product requirements.
• Present to internal and external customers and support quotations.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Development, Manufacturing, QA to qualify opportunities.
• Travel up to 50% to visit customers.
