Neural Concept in Lausanne is seeking a Senior CAE and AI Expert to own the simulation workflows and validation benchmarks that power our automotive and consumer electronics solutions.

You will design and maintain end-to-end simulation pipelines, write Python automation, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap, delivering production-grade, GPU-accelerated analyses in a hybrid work model at our Lausanne office.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of hands-on FEA simulation experience in automotive or consumer electronics, delivering production-quality models.
• Deep expertise with leading pre/post tools (ABAQUS, LS-Dyna, Radioss, Hypermesh, Simlab, ANSA).
• Strong command of structural non-linear simulation and material models.
• Experience with end-to-end simulation workflows: CAD prep → Meshing → Solving → Post-processing → Visualization.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken; programming/scripting awareness (Python preferred; C++, Java, or C# valued).

Aufgaben

• Own vertical solution assets end-to-end from concept to handover to Sales and Customer Success.
• Accelerate the full simulation pipeline from design change to production-ready workflows.
• Write Python automation and tooling to ensure reproducibility and integration.
• Drive the product roadmap by surfacing field requirements to Product and Engineering.
